Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase was delivered unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are two scenarios in our policy:
(1) YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SIZE OR PRODUCT AND YOU WANT AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND
If you have made a mistake in your order such as a wrong size or color please let us know as quickly as possible. Typically 1-2 days after your order is placed we can still make the change. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you have to return the unwanted item once it arrives. Please contact us before returning any item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility! If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Make sure your return package includes the copy of your invoice or the Packing Slip as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges or refunds are not granted (if applicable)
Exchanges or Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / refund. If you are approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed, depending on which option you choose.
In case you choose an exchange, we will ship you the desired product at our expense (no additional cost to you excluding customs duties and taxes outside of the USA). For more information about shipping, please click here.
If you choose to have a refund instead of an exchange, it will be given through the original method of payment within 3 business days. It will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account that placed the order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initially shipping your product will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
(2) WE MADE A MISTAKE IN PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE
In these cases, returning the product is not needed. We do not offer a refund but we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible but within 14 days from the day you received the product! Just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up. You have to attach a clear photo of the wrong / defective / damaged product that represents the problem.
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest.
Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.
